Olivia works closely with leadership to translate each property’s concept into a cohesive, functional design plan. Her work includes aesthetic planning, furnishing and finish coordination, and detailed space mapping using exact measurements and 3D renderings. This process allows Mantis to evaluate layouts, flow, and usability before execution — reducing friction, improving budget accuracy, and accelerating decision-making.

She also assists with design budgeting, helping balance creative vision with cost discipline and operational practicality. By visualizing each space in advance, Olivia enables intentional design choices that enhance guest experience while supporting long-term durability.
